FAQ
What is the maximum shipment weight?
Each shipment must not exceed 50 pounds. If you are sending multiple boxes, we will reach out to confirm the size and dimensions. In the dimensions and weight section, you can enter the first box’s dimensions.
Can you provide a shipping label?
Yes. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, we can provide a Canada Post label for $15. Shipping in person may cost more, which is why we offer this option.
What do I need to check before payment?
Please make sure your EMT email address is correct and that auto-deposit is enabled under your name. If not, your payment may be delayed.
Why do you ask for my phone number?
We ask for your phone number to help verify the person and submission. Please make sure your phone number is valid. An invalid phone number may result in your submission not being accepted. We may also need to call you regarding your submission or any issues with payouts, especially if we do not receive a response by email.
When will I be paid?
Payments are typically sent 1–2 weeks after delivery, depending on processing volume.
